Can I change my mind after purchase?
Yes, we offer a 7 day change of mind exchange. We understand that sometimes after the excitement of the moment; when you arrive home; you may change your mind. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase & that you will enjoy wearing the item for many years to come. Therefore we offer a special 7 day change of mind exchange. |
All goods purchased from Irvines Jewellers may be exchanged for another item of the equivalent retail value. This is provided that the goods are returned within 7 days of purchase, have not been worn or used and are in their original condition & packaging along with the original receipt. Please note that due
to health regulations the 7 day exchange does not apply to any kind of piercing jewellery including earrings.
The change of mind exchange does not apply to special orders , lay-by items & items purchased on sale or special promotions.
What if there is a manufacturer's Fault?
When you purchase an item from Irvines, the item has a 12 month warranty (or as otherwise stated) against manufacturers fault under normal wear & tear. We are here to help & should an item be deemed by Irvines as having a manufacturers fault, we will either repair or replace the item or provide a refund or store credit. You must provide proof of purchase. |
